5thAXIS RockLock 

Our Robotic Pallet System is based on the 5thAXIS RockLock system RL96A-11. Since our EnduroLoader is changing pallets and not parts, there is no need to reprogram robot movements or change jaw clamps. Simply load a new part program into your CNC machine and run the same Robotic program. 

Technical Specs
Using the standard 5thAXIS pallet #R96-D22, you can fit parts up to 8.5” in diameter and 7” tall. The UR10 has 22lb payload at the wrist.

We tested up to 16lbs payload, pallet and part combined weight.

This system is powered with a standard 110v plug. Simply attach your air supply to the robot hose and go. There is no air or power needed on the machine table. The 5thAXIS RockLock base does not need air.

Our Solution:

With the EnduroLoader Pro, you can load up to 42 new parts, press start, and come back later to 42 completed parts. No worries about loading and unloading parts. 

The UR10 Robot will pick up each pallet with a part and load it into your machine, torque it to specs. It will then start your machine with a simple automatic push button, wait until the part finishes, and remove it from the machine. It will then move on to the next part, and so on.

Unlike other robot systems, our EnduroLoader Pro is handling pallets, not parts. There is no need to change jaws, movements or positions. The robot will make the same movement, regardless of part size, shape and run time.

This simple example only assumes you will run it at night for 1 run with 20 pallets.

Of course you can run it all day and save on operator time.

After hours would be charged at over time rate of 150% in most cases.
